The consultants for occupational mobility help searching for a traineeship and partner organisations abroad. We assist in finding accommodations in the target countries and we offer and arrange intercultural workshops or preparatory language courses.

You can carry out a work stay abroad individually or with other young professionals in a group. Sometimes, it is structured like a student exchange program. Regardless of the duration - several weeks or a whole year – there are many opportunities for every sector to gain intercultural experiences.

They promote the mobility culture in medium-sized enterprises and highlight the advantages of a work stay abroad. It becomes more and more important to gain intercultural experiences and to qualify the employees accordingly in order to cultivate international business contacts.
