Promotion of SME and the Skilled Crafts…

A healthy SME and skilled crafts sector plays an important role not only in Germany but also in our partner countries. It is a pre-requisite for stable economic growth, the training of skilled workers and employment creation. Therefore, the target group in our partnership projects are private, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises from the crafts sector.

… through needs based consultancy

The partners of our projects are usually supported in developing services for SME. This can be in areas such as founding a company, trade, technology or technical training, with a different focus in each project. Apart from that, another goal of the projects is policy dialogue and discussions with the respective Government to point at the importance of the SME sector.

Finally, many partners still need a lot of basic support with regards to sources of income, equipment and the qualification of the staff.
